AN INTRODUCTION TO FOUNDRY

For small to medium size castings both ferrous & non-ferrous, we have been utilizing our own foundry facility & do not require any assistance from outside. We are in process of developing medium to large size castings upto 1-ton and expect to develop other techniques also very soon.

Within our limitations, we are capable of producing high quality castings in all grades of Cast Iron and also some grades of (S.G.IRON) castings.

For efficient working of foundry, we have developed ancillary facilities like pattern making for both wooden & metalic patterns. Process control which is key success factor for very efficient foundry, is strictly observed and along with this experience and technical know how of foundry staff has enabled us to keep out rejections to a minimum providing us a maximum yield.
